2. Will it be open during Typhoon No. 8 or extreme weather forecasts? Yes. However, guests are advised to follow the safety instructions of the Government Observatory for their own safety. In extreme weather conditions, guests are welcome to remain on site until it is safe to leave, at no extra charge.
3. Do you only accept online bookings and payments? Yes.
4. How can I contact staff for technical issues or emergencies? You can contact us via WhatsApp.
5. Do I need to turn off the lights and air conditioning after playing? No, thank you. The venue is open 24 hours a day.
6. Can I change the booking time if it is entered incorrectly? No. Except for extreme weather (such as Typhoon No. 8/Black Rainstorm), if guests need to change the date due to severe weather, please contact us via WhatsApp for modification and confirmation.
7. Are there package deals? Yes. You can purchase package deals, the more you buy, the greater the discount. For details/any inquiries, please contact customer service via WhatsApp.
8. Can the indoor air conditioning temperature be adjusted? No. However, we have adjusted the temperature according to the guidelines to provide players with the best billiards court experience.
