1. Is the venue open 24 hours? Yes.

2. Will it be open during Typhoon No. 8 or extreme weather forecasts? Yes. However, guests are advised to follow the safety instructions of the Government Observatory for their own safety. In extreme weather conditions, guests are welcome to remain on site until it is safe to leave, at no extra charge.

3. Do you only accept online bookings and payments? Yes.

4. For Instant Access: Please click "Book Now" or "Shop Booking" for immediate entry.

5. Discount Packages: "Peak Hour" and "Off-Peak Hour" packages are for pre-purchase only. Please note that these packages require 24 hours for system confirmation before they can be used for booking.

6. Changing Your Time: When selecting a date or time slot, if you need to make changes, please cancel the previously selected slot first before choosing a new one.

7. Booking Multiple Slots: To book two or more consecutive slots, please add the first slot to your "Shopping Cart" first, then add the subsequent slots. Once finished, you can proceed to checkout for all slots at   once.

8. Access Code Delivery: Please ensure you enter a valid email address. Your door access code will be sent exclusively via email.

9. How can I contact staff for technical issues or emergencies? You can contact us via WhatsApp.

10. Do I need to turn off the lights and air conditioning after playing? No, thank you. The venue is open 24 hours a day.

11. Can I change the booking time if it is entered incorrectly? No. Except for extreme weather (such as Typhoon No. 8/Black Rainstorm), if guests need to change the date due to severe weather, please contact us via WhatsApp for modification and confirmation.

12. Are there package deals? Yes. You can purchase package deals, the more you buy, the greater the discount. For details/any inquiries, please contact customer service via WhatsApp.

13. Can the indoor air conditioning temperature be adjusted? No. However, we have adjusted the temperature according to the guidelines to provide players with the best billiards court experience.
