User Guide

Note: By using our venue, you agree to and accept our Venue Usage Rules. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates these rules.

The venue is under CCTV surveillance.
Smoking and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited.
Please take care of your personal belongings, clean up your trash, and keep the area clean.
Respect other users; a maximum of six people are allowed per table.
Please leave on time. A password will be provided for your reservation time slot.
Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded regardless of attendance (except in cases of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or extreme weather; in such cases, please contact customer service to reschedule).
Inclement Weather Arrangements: If the Hong Kong Observatory issues Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal at the scheduled time, the venue will remain open for use. If you need to reschedule due to inclement weather, please contact us via WhatsApp for confirmation. (*)
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to use the billiards area.
Pets are not allowed on site.
Please inspect the facilities before using the venue. If any damage is found, please report it to our staff immediately.
The renter is responsible for all costs associated with cleaning, replacement, or repair of any equipment, materials, devices, or other property that is soiled, lost, or damaged.

There are no staff members at the venue. After use, users are responsible for:
- Putting away the pool tables
- Cleaning the table with a ball broom (from the D area to the black area)
- Replacing the tablecloth cover
- Taking away trash

After the rental period ends, users should leave the venue as soon as possible. If the facilities are occupied more than ten minutes after the rental period ends, an hourly rental fee will be charged for the additional time. Users should take care of their personal belongings. Our company/organization is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by the use of these facilities. Users must follow the instructions of our company/organization staff.

*Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal: Guests should stay indoors in a safe place as advised by the Observatory. If you are already in a sheltered place, you should remain there. Please consider your own safety when attending the reserved venue; our company will not be responsible for any personal injury or accident that may occur.
